How do I know if my rug is wool or synthetic?

First, check for a information tag on the back of the rug.  If none proceed to a fiber burn test. Burn a small, removed fiber outdoors and carefully burn it.  If the ash is a hard melted ball its synthetic.  If the ash crumbles and smells like burnt hair its wool.

How long does it take to get my rug back?

Most area rug cleanings have a turn around time of 1-2 weeks from the pick up date.

Do I need a pad for my rug?

Rug pads can extend the life of your rug fibers by adding additional cushioning and bounce when the fiber are walked on.  Rug pads can also keep an area rug in place but are not necessary for all rugs.
